If you come to Kuala Lumpur and you only get to eat one thing, this is it. There are a few things in life that are more delicious and simple. It’s self-service, so grab a plate and make your dip of Sambal and Dahl.We stuffed our faces with six roti (which is, way more than two should be having), and literally just marinated in happiness. And the people are just amazingly humble and helpful. Despite not knowing Malay my wife and I were treated extremely well (It only makes us more determined to learn Bahasa Melayu and express our gratitude to the locals!)Yes, this is a “soft” roti, and yes, crispy roti may be your preference. This one is more of a croissant in texture and that's fine by me. That said if you don’t like this place, you need to get a life, like, really.Updated: Got to go back in April 2024 and everything is just the same. We are just thrilled everyone is going strong and we were able to get more of our favorite Roti Canai!

Self service method.Size of roti is huge, amount of gravy up to you since self take.Satisfy with the taste, and price is affordable and cheap.Recommended!

Gravy and sambal very delicious. It’s a must have breakfast if you are around here. Bought nasi lemak sambal hijau also tasty. Price is acceptable. Parking is very convenient right infront of the stall. Highly recommended!

It is a very nice place for breakfast but the environment can be improved. However the roti canai overpowered the factor. Truly delicious and if not due to hard to find parking, it is a compulsory place to go every morning.

Lan Roti Canai is still one of the best, peep! The sambal gravy is so addictive. I can vouch that the taste is very consistent despite of the pandemic. They not only survived but got stronger instead. Solid taste and endeavour, definitely …
